- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆"Dedicated to Superiot Service l". As I stood waiting 30 minutes over the placemat of a cold office filled with rude clerks. I can not believe that this city treats its own residents in such a rude manor as if our tax payer money doesn't pay for their office they stand in. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Another person and I were approached by montebello police. A $700 warrant (open container) came up for me and I could have been recited to appear in court but insisted on detaining me. So I asked if possible can my windows be rolled up and doors locked to MY UNCLES car, it is safely parked out front? Instead officer Andrade directed arresting officer to have it towed. I said please just lock it up; I can come for it as soon as I get recited from police station. I cannot afford paying what its gonna cost. Im only working part time and 45% of what I make automatically goes to child support. He paid no mind. NOW... on the other hand the other person that was approached with me had their truck right there doors open open beers on center console, and open containers around vehicle. Officer Andrade is the one who said what he saw in their vehicle and around it asked that person "what do you think I should do?" In the end I get detained and escorted to station for a $700 warrant, my car (that was parked) towed away; and officer Andrade let's the other person walk away without any ticket. What if that person would have killed another person or themself by driving under the influence?By Azelio Rivera, December 03, 2016
